DG271 Series: Fast Wire Insertion Terminal Block Series from Degson

Degson has released DG271, a new series of PCB spring terminal blocks with a patented design that allows fast wiring for convenient operation.

This new series features fast insertion products (Push-In Technology) with reduced volume and high current. The product is also available in different pitches (3.5, 5, 7.5, and 10mm metric) and poles (02P,03P, up to 12P) to suit various wiring/connection needs.

Features:

-Push-In spring structure and tool tree that reduces users wiring time and cost

-The wiring direction is consistent with the operation direction, saving users’ equipment space

-180º and 90º insertion versions modular design, single piece splicing, convenient for users to combine

The composition of this product series provides corrosion resistance, rustproof stable clamping force, and stainless wire clamps to ensure performance in a poor working environment, high temperature, and long-term UV radiation.

It has a modular design and insulated blocks useful for connecting wiring to the ground or, in the case of electrical power, for connecting electrical switches and outlets to the mains. This series features a current rating of 76A and optimized performance to high temperature up to 150º C, especially suitable for quick connection of elements, such as power supply, photovoltaic inverter, industrial controllers, PLCs, etc.

The development team of the DG271R/V series specifically made it compatible with the Solar Photovoltaic Industry. They made sure that the component of the product is robust to handle challenging environments like sand, dust, wind, and rain to ensure performance for all types of environments a solar field may be built in.

The product underwent several testing and inspection and has gained certification from VDE, EAC, and ULS prospector, ensuring that these products comply with health and safety legislation.
